Shipping Policy

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days with the exception of personalised, pre-order, or bespoke pieces. Processing times for these products vary and will be discussed on placing an order. A shipping fee will be quoted and added to your order at the checkout. This is based on the value of your order. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed as soon as possible on the following business day.

ESTIMATED DELLIVERY TIMES

After your order has been processed, you will receive a dispatch notification via email once your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery dates after dispatch are as below:

• UK: 1-3 days (Monday to Saturday)
• International - unfortunately we only ship to the UK at the moment but please do keep checking as we are looking to change this in the future. 

We'll do our very best to meet all estimated delivery dates, however, this item is sent using Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed service. These delivery times are subject to change, they may be affected by delays in your region or due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or during busy times, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us so that we can look into this as quickly as possible for you. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.

Estimated delivery times do not include our processing time. 

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at enquiries@jocouch.com  as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not already been shipped out. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute any items once they have been shipped, we can offer a refund/redelivery to the correct address once the order has been returned back to us. 

UNITED KINGDOM - DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We send all orders using Royal Mail 1st class postage (untracked) which takes approximately 1-2 working days from dispatch. Shipping prices vary per item so please do take note of this at the checkout. 

PRE-ORDERS

Please check the product description for details about when pre-orders will dispatch. Any products ordered at the same time as a pre-order item will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.
